Welcome to The Scuba Shop!

We are the newest full-service dive shop in western Pennsylvania. We offer scuba training, travel, rentals, sales, and service of the prestigious Scubapro line of dive equipment and much more! We dive year round and are always happy to have new divers join us at any time.

Classes and Upcoming Events

We offer classes from the Discover Scuba level, up through Tec/Deep and cavern training. We also offer EFR and Rescue training, as well as CPR, AED, and Oxygen Provider training. We run basic Open Water classes twice a month and we limit our class size to 6 students. This assures that all participants get the individualized attention that they need to be successful.

We have 2 program types: one can be completed in 2 full weekends, or you can take 1 class per week for 5 weeks. Both programs include equal amounts of classroom and pool training and 4 open water dives in a lake or quarry.

We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule when possible, including private lessons in your home pool. Call for pricing and scheduled classes.

Our Staff

We have the best group of professional divers around and their passion is teaching new divers. They have been underwater throughout the world and are always eager to share their knowledge and expertise with you. Our great staff has over 100 years of cumulative diving and training experience between them. You won’t find a nicer or more dedicated group anywhere.
